Build & Delivery
Our dedicated team will guide you through the build process, providing consistent updates and addressing your queries. Dedicated project managers will ensure your Grannexe annexe is delivered efficiently, allowing you to focus on your upcoming move.
Step 4
Moving In & Aftercare
On move-in day, a team member will help you settle in and can arrange a handyman for final adjustments. You’ll be invited to join the Open Grannexe community, and after six months, we’ll conduct a follow-up to ensure your complete satisfaction, all backed by a comprehensive 10-year build guarantee.
