Any of our standard annexes can be customised to your exact requirements. Whether you need a different layout, additional features, or a completely unique design, we can build it.
Common bespoke requests include en-suite bathrooms, larger kitchens, utility areas, different external finishes, accessibility modifications, and non-standard dimensions. We will work with you from the initial design through to handover.
