10-Year Structural Guarantee
We guarantee the structural integrity of your annexe for 10 years. If something goes wrong with any of the items listed below, we come back and fix it at our cost.

Price Lock Promise
Once we quote you, that price is fixed for 6 months. If material costs go up in that time, that's our problem, not yours.

Gradual deterioration from everyday use, such as carpet wear or paint fading.
Damage from Misuse
Issues caused by improper use, alterations, or lack of maintenance.
Extreme Weather Events
Damage from floods, storms, or other exceptional weather (home insurance covers this).
Cosmetic Preferences
Changes in taste or desire for different finishes after completion.
