You should expect your building to last a lifetime, but as testament to the longevity and high quality materials we use was offer a 10-year structural guarantee on our work from the installation date, and a 12-month guarantee on all non-structural work.
Where appropriate, we also pass on our manufactures guarantee for products that are used in the construction of your garden building:
- Windows & Doors - 12 months
- Rubber Roof - 20 years
- Fixtures, fittings, furniture and ironmongery -12 months
- This is subject to terms & conditions and particular care instructions
- The steel cladding we use requires absolutely no maintenance (apart from a clean down every now and again)
- The uPVC doors we use are also maintenance free and require a light cleaning every now and again
- EPDM rubber roofs are maintenance free and are designed to last up to 50 years
